We at Cambridge Management Group were very happy to learn that members of  Oregon’s Jackson Care Connect  coordinated-care organization, which serves Medicaid members, are happier with their healthcare than  are clients at any other CCO in the state.  Jackson Care Connect, based in Medford, is a former CMG client.

The findings came from The Lund Report, Oregon’s premier healthcare-news outlet.  Lund looked at thousands of responses to 29 questions about physicians, administrators, access to specialty services and other aspects of care to gain insight into CCO member experiences.
