In all sorts of ways, people are responding to high U.S. healthcare costs that will mean in the long run big financial hits to American providers. The median pay for U.S. dentists is about $150,000; Americans’ media household income is about $50,000.

Perhaps there’s a major role for Federally Qualified Health Centers in offering more options for patients seeking affordable dental care. As it is, much dental care is considerably more expensive than regular medical care.
