Tyler Norris, CEO of Well Being Trust, says in a Hospital & Health Networks video that behavioral and physical health should be more integrated in the care setting and more closely connected with the wider community, with the aim of improving population health and cutting costs.
Well Being Trust is a new, Oakland, Calif.-based foundation.
The organization describes itself as:
