A Key West group called the Committee to Rescue Our Hospital wants the island’s for-profit hospital, Lower Keys Medical Center, to change ownership, charging that the Community Health System facility has engaged in fraudulent billing and provides substandard clinical care.
The group has demanded that state’s attorney Catherine Vogel investigate Lower Keys Medical Center.
